The high demand for residential and commercial space speaks volumes for the concept.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00dcberseestadt covers an area of 300 hectares, that&#8217;s why Bremer Promenaden offers this guided tour not only for pedestrians, but also for coach tours and \u2013 if weather and street conditions permit \u2013 also for bikers.<\/p>\n<p>Witness the old port atmosphere with its new residents: in sheds and store-houses we discover among other things the port museum and a coffee roasting house. A special eye catcher is shed 1 with its <a href=\"http:\/\/schuppeneins.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">veteran car exhibition<\/a>. In shed 2 you can see how trophies are made.
