has made a name for itself as an artists&#8217; colony primarily through its painters. What is less well known is that the very first artists who settled here were also involved in sculpture. Today, many sculptures characterise the place, which attracts more and more sculptors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the guided tour, we look at sculptures in their very different forms, contemporary or classical, hidden or immediately visible to all. Works by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worpswede-fuehrung.de\/project\/bernhard-hoetger-1874-1949\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bernhard Hoetger<\/a>, Waldemar Otto and other artists of the past can be found as well as works by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bildhauerin-worpswede.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">living sculptors<\/a>.
